AFC’s DuraFab® HD Elite Black Fabrics (89 Series)
NEW PRODUCT: Introducing the next generation of food processing belts.
AFC’s DuraFab® 89 Series was specifically designed for aggressive food applications:
- Flour tortilla and pizza crust press belts
- Pre-cooked chicken and other proteins (contact cooker belts)
Food belting is exposed to oils, grease, and abrasion at high temperatures. These conditions can lead to hole formation and delamination, resulting in premature failure and unplanned downtime.
AFC redeveloped its 88 Series coating to help combat these aggressive operating conditions. The result? Clean release, consistent heat transfer, superior mechanical adhesion (bond strength of coating to the substrate) and improved tensile/tear values. This provides food processors with the durability and consistency needed to produce to plan.
The 89 Series is also ideal for side sealer applications. Click here to learn more.
