| We are excited to introduce our North American Policarta Customer Success Representative, William Chandler. William has been with AFC Materials Group/ Policarta for a little over a year. He brings over 5 years of consumer facing and management experience. He coached his team there on the value of the customer experience – namely, viewing business decisions from the perspective of the customer, “If you were the customer here, would this answer satisfy you?” William stated he was excited about working at AFC because “our values align in that way and that customer centric perspective has been instrumental in helping me grow AFC / Policarta’s US packaging business.” While with AFC / Policarta William has been instrumental in the growth of the North America Policarta packaging. Those of you who have worked with him know that he works to ensure your win.
