AFC Materials Group Announces Commercial Team 3.0 Structure to Support Strategic Growth and Value Creation
Coming off record sales revenue in 2025, AFC Materials Group today announced the implementation of its Commercial Team 3.0 organizational structure. This evolution is designed to support continued growth, strengthen customer focus, and accelerate value creation across all business segments.
Under the new structure, Michael Baker will continue in his role as Chief Commercial Officer, maintaining overall commercial responsibility for the strategy, direction, and execution of AFC’s global commercial initiatives.
Kevin Dunlea will continue in his role as Commercial Director of AFC Materials Group and will report directly to Baker. Dunlea will oversee day-to-day commercial operations and ensure alignment across AFC’s market segments.
As part of Commercial Team 3.0, AFC has established Market Integrator roles to enhance segment leadership, accountability, and cross-functional alignment:
- Ismael Salomon has been appointed Market Integrator – Industrial, with all Regional Sales Managers reporting directly to him.
- CJ Baker has been appointed Market Integrator – Cooking Solutions, overseeing AFC’s Cooking Solutions segment. Will Chandler will report directly to CJ in his role as Strategic Account Manager.
- Andrew Hoag has been appointed Market Integrator Manager – Thermal Solutions, with responsibility for the continued development and growth of AFC’s Thermal Solutions business segment.
Vicki Klanang-Pfister will continue in her role as Content Marketing & Brand Specialist, reporting to Kevin Dunlea and working closely with each Market Integrator to ensure consistent messaging, brand alignment, and value-based storytelling across all markets.
