AFC Materials Group is pleased to welcome, CJ Baker as Outside Customer Success Representative for AFC Cooking Solutions Division. CJ will be focused on growth for our Cooking Solutions and Policarta Packaging divisions. He will also serve as a Business Development Representative for Policarta North America.
CJ is just breaking ground into his professional career after completing his BSBA in Entrepreneurship at Nova Southeastern. His excitement for the industry is found through his love for food, he is an avid foodie.
When asked why he is excited to join AFC, CJ stated: “Here at AFC, we are the definition of a family business. We want the best for all our co-workers whether that is work related or not, which has allowed me to connect with everyone across the business very quickly. This is a message we deliver to our customers as well. AFC is here to provide solutions to our customers’ problems to make them as successful as they can be.”

CJ is a continuous learner and is always looking to expand his knowledge. He is going to be continuing his studies by getting his master. In his free time, he enjoys being active through pickup basketball, weightlifting, and hiking.
